Terms

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all coaching sessions, digital products, and downloadable materials offered by TroubleFreeTech (“we”, “us”) on troublefreetech.com.

2. Services

We provide:

  • 1-to-1 live troubleshooting sessions (remote)
  • PDF cheat sheets and online courses (digital content)
    Future products will also be subject to these Terms.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are booked via Calendly and paid upfront through Stripe.
  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Client reschedule: up to 24 hours before the session at no charge.
  • Client cancellation:
    • >24 h before session → full refund
    • ≤24 h → 50 % fee retained
  • No-show: no refund.
  • TroubleFreeTech cancellation: full refund or free rebooking at your choice.

5. Digital Products (Right of Withdrawal)

By purchasing a downloadable file or on-demand video, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, § 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG).

6. Liability

Advice is provided “as is” and applies to your specific setup at the time of the session. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence; any further liability—especially for indirect or consequential damages (data loss, business interruption)—is excluded to the extent permitted by Austrian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All guides, videos and PDFs remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Re-distribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

We participate in the Amazon EU Associates Programme. When you click an Amazon link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission—at no additional cost to you.

9. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Online Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The EU Commission’s ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) provides an online venue for resolving consumer disputes; we are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in ADR procedures. Venue for any disputes shall be Innsbruck, Austria.
